In our 15-minute free consultation, we’ll have a chance to chat about your needs and concerns and how I can support in your healing process. It’s a low-pressure conversation where you can ask any questions you have about therapy and how I work. I’ll listen to what you’re hoping to get out of therapy and help you determine if we’re a good fit. It’s all about making sure you feel comfortable and confident moving forward.

In your first session with me, we’ll take some time to get to know each other. I’ll listen to whats brings you to therapy and what you're hoping to achieve. It’s a safe space where you can share at your own pace, and we’ll work together to create a plan that feels right for you. No pressure—just a conversation to start your journey toward feeling better.

I will ask questions about your current symptoms and stressors, and their impact in your functioning, and we will start talking about your history.
